Our homepage may use an approximate location from your IP address to show a local greeting. Sign-in and secure services may use cookies or browser storage needed for their operation.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, maintain client records, arrange appointments, support plan reviews, send requested communications, and maintain the security and reliability of our services. Please do not send Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive identifiers through ordinary email or text messages.

Access to private client records is restricted to authorized staff; no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Text messaging and consent
Our Twilio text-message program is limited to internal administrative alerts, appointment reminders, and two-way assistant messages for the business owner. It is not a public customer enrollment or marketing program.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
