Website information

Our website provides general Medicare education and ways to request assistance from a licensed insurance agent. It is not legal, medical, or benefits advice. Eligibility, availability, benefits, networks, and costs depend on the plan and your circumstances; confirm details with official plan documents or Medicare.gov.

United Medicare Club is a non-government entity and is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Using this website or requesting a conversation does not enroll you in an insurance plan.

Internal SMS program

Program name: United Medicare Club — Owner Administrative Alerts. This program sends internal administrative notifications, appointment reminders, and conversational assistant responses to the business owner. It is not offered as a public subscription and is not used for customer marketing.

Only the business owner's authorized mobile number is eligible to participate. The owner must expressly consent before receiving program messages. Publishing these terms, browsing the website, or submitting a customer contact request does not enroll anyone in this program.

Consent to calls and text messages

By signing up with, or providing your information to, anyone affiliated with The Lamar Agency or United Medicare Club, you consent to receive occasional automated text messages and phone calls about important notifications, account updates, appointment reminders, annual plan reviews, and other service-related matters.

We will not spam you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. You may ask to be removed at any time by emailing david@thelamaragency.com, or by replying STOP to any text message.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on appointment schedules, administrative activity, and requests to the assistant. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message; no further program text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help, or email david@thelamaragency.com with questions about the program. Do not send sensitive identifiers or financial account information by text.

Delivery and availability

Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to carrier networks, registration requirements, or service interruptions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The assistant is not an emergency service; do not rely on text messages for urgent medical needs.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about handling information and privacy requests.
